Dear returning vendors and those who have put in their application,

We are reaching out to all vendors who have expressed interest in and/or paid their deposit to participate in the 2026 NBEX Christmas Craft Show.

We have recently become aware of a large number of spam emails targeting vendors by requesting applications and full booth payments while impersonating our event. We want to make sure everyone is aware that these emails are not affiliated with NBEX.

Please note the following:

NBEX will not be collecting final booth payments until mid-September.

Any official payment requests or event updates will come through our Constant Contact email list

If you receive an email requesting payment or asking you to apply for a booth from any other email address, please do not send payment or provide personal information.

If you are ever unsure whether an email is legitimate, please contact Charlotte or Jacey directly. We’d be more than happy to verify it for you.

We are very sorry to see these scams targeting our vendor community, and we are committed to doing everything we can to help with this.
