| Updated Notice for2023 Special and Annual General Meeting As a follow-up to the original notice sent on October 12, all members of Fredericton Exhibition Limited (Agricultural Society #34) are invited to the upcoming Special and Annual General Meeting. Fredericton Exhibition Limited (AG Society #34) Special and Annual General Meeting Sunday, November 19, 2023, 1pm – 3pm Capital Exhibit Centre, 361 Smythe St, Fredericton, NB Please note only members who registered by December 31, 2022, will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The organization’s revised bylaws and supplementary letters patent will be presented for approval at the meeting. These documents are based on the drafts presented at the 2022 AGM but have been modified based on feedback from the membership. The updated documents and the meeting agenda can be viewed here.
